Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Fernsehanschlus und hat 2Fenster ca 12 m2 vom Fenster kann man auf den Park und den Nummerweiher vom Dutzendeich blicken, so auch vom Schlafzimmer auch das hat ca 10 m2 .Ein Flur ist auch vorhanden ca 4 m2. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Dokuzenter und Bayernstr.
