Die Wohnung wurde gerade komplett saniert und ist sofort bezugsfähig. Sie hat den typischen Altbauflair und wir hätten gerne Mieter, die das zu schätzen wissen. Die Wohnung hat neu abgeschliffener Dielenböden, neue Isolierglasfenster, neues Bad, neue Elektrik, Kellerabteil, Stauraum auf halber Treppe wo früher die alten Außentoiletten waren.
Wir freuen uns über weltoffene und tolerante Mieter.
Sehr ruhige Lage, die U-Bahn Maximilianstraße ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad dauert es 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
