Wir ziehen berufsbedingt aus Nürnberg weg und so wird nun unsere gemütliche kleine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zum Anfang April frei. Mit 41 qm ist sie für zwei Personen relativ klein - aber absolut okay, da gut geschnitten. Die Wohnung ist also für 1-2 Personen geeignet.
Sie liegt im 4ten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Die Wohnung liegt in Eberhardshof direkt neben einem kleinen Einkausfzentrum mit Kaufland, Rossmann, Apotheke, Friseur ....Mit der Fürther Straße nebendran hat man alles wichtige in Laufweite (Post, Ärzte, Bäcker...). Auch ist man ganz schnell auf dem AEG-Gelände, wo es eine tolle Kafferösterei/Cafe gibt und die Kulturwerkstatt, in der regelmäßig tolle Konzerte und anderes kulturelles Programm stattfindet.
Zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Eberhardshof läuft man 4 Minuten. Mit dedr U1 braucht man etwa 10 Minuten zum Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof und etwa 8 Minuten zum Fürther Hauptbahnhof. Man ist also super schnell in der Innenstadt, aber auch in Fürth oder Erlangen.
Nach Gostenhof - wo es tolle kleine Läden, Cafes und Bars gibt - sind es 3 Minuten mit der U-Bahn bzw 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Außerdem hat man eine schnelle Anbinung an die A 73 (Frankenschnellweg).
