Ich suche zum 01.09. einen Nachmieter für meine wunderschöne und ruhig gelegene Maisonette-Wohnung am Rande von Nürnberg im schönen Erlenstegen.
Die Wohnung ist wie folgt aufgeteilt:
Untere Etage: Gäste-WC, offenes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Einbauküche (Diese ist im Mietpreis enthalten).
Obere Etage (Galerie): Schlafzimmer, großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster, Fester Einbauschrank und Schreibtisch
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der für 49€ mitgemietet werden muss. Also Kaltmiete somit 490€ + Garage 49€ + Nebenkosten 140€ = Warmmiete 679€
Die Wohnung ist in einen schönen, ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnhaus. Das Wohnviertel ist ruhig und grün. Vor der Haustür ist die Bushaltestelle Spitalhof. Von hier aus fährt mehrmals in der Stunde der Bus direkt in die Innenstadt (ca. 25 Min.) oder zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Nordostbahnhof.
Zu Fuß ist die U-Bahnhaltestelle in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung kann gerne unter der Woche nach Vereinbarung nach 18:00 Uhr oder tagsüber am Wochenende angesehen werden.
