Hallo,
meine Wohnung wird im Mai verfügbar sein, eine potentielle Verlängerung bis zu meinem Auszug im Sommer, spätestens im Oktober, ist eventuell möglich. Die angegebene Miete ist die monatliche mit allen Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (inklusive WLAN), sie ist sehr hell und für eine Person schön geräumig. Nur für eine Person geeignet. Die Wohnung ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß von den U-Bahnen der U1 Linie Stadtgrenze/Jakobinenstr. man kommt schnell in die Zentren von Nürnberg, Fürth (Hauptbahnhof und somit ist auch Erlangen gut erreichbar). Der Stadtpark von Fürth ist Fußläufig und eine klare Empfehlung zum Joggen/Spazieren/Kaffee trinken.
Ich bin leider schon verreist, daher wäre es nicht möglich, die Wohnung zu besichtigen –die Fotos sind allerdings ganz aktuell.
