Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Wörhder See entfernt. Die Straßenbahn ist auch nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ein Edeka, ein Penny, ein Netto und ein Fitnessstudio sind direkt um die Ecke. Die TH OHM ist zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen.

Mein Mietvertrag läuft noch bis Ende Juli. Die Wohnung kann aber jederzeit bezogen werden. In der Wohnung stehen zum Teil noch Möbel von mir (Küche, Regal, Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank, Couch). Diese können, wenn gewünscht, gerne auch gegen eine Abschlagszahlung übernommen werden.
Die Miete beträgt 369 €. Dazu kommen noch Gas und Strom. Bei mir waren das ca 80 €.
