Hallo Leute,
Da mein Mitbewohner und ich ausziehen, wird bei uns eine perfekte Wohnung für eine 2er Wg frei. 2 gleichgroße, helle Zimmer (25qm), eines mit Balkon, dazwischen eine schöne große Wohnküche, dazu noch Flur und Bad. Die Küche bleibt quasi komplett eingerichtet, ihr könntet gleich loswohnen.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, groß und hell, ihr seid innerhalb 20 minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, mit dem Rad in 5, die Ubahn ist auch gleich ums Eck (Haltestelle Aufseßplatz). Getränkemarkt ist sozusagen vor der Tür, alles andere findet man auch ein einer der nächsten Straßen. Die Miete war bei uns mit Dsl und Festnetz Flat, Gas, Strom und allen sonstigen Nebenkosten 600 Euro für die ganze Wohnung.
