Die beiden Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm und 16 qm sind rechteckig und keine Durchgangszimmer. Das größere Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die große Wohnküche (knapp 15 qm) bietet auch Platz für Tisch und Stühle. Das ganze Haus hat isolierverglaste Fenster und neben der Zentralheizung auch eine zentrale Warmwasserversorgung. Das Bad ist ansprechend gefliest, hat ein Fenster und ist mit Waschbecken, Toilette, Badewanne und Waschmaschinenstellplatz ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist prinzipiell nicht möbliert, aber die Küchezeile, Waschmaschine, Lampen und sonstige Einrichtungsgegenstände können, zumindest teiweise, von den jetzigen Mietern übernommen bzw. abgelöst werden.
Ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage, z.B. nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof - sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung - sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
In den Nebenkosten ist u.a. die Gebühr für Hausordnung und die Abschlagszahlung für Heizung und Warmwasser enthalten.
