I am moving out of my one-person apartment in Galgenhof, half a block away from U1 ubahn line and Tram 5/6 stop.
The furnished, warm rent is 477euro/month, which includes heat, electricity, water. It does not come unfurnished.
The apartment includes a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, sink, breakfast table), bedroom/living room (bed, large closet, sofa, chairs), and bathroom (shower, tub). There are windows looking out onto the street and into the building's courtyard in the back.
The neighborhood is quiet and I frequently walk home from city center at night with no issues. There are several grocery stores, apothecaries, banks, bakeries all very close by. Nürnberg Hbf is ~7minutes away, walking, or one stop away on the U Bahn. There is a post office a block away as well.
There is free street parking available, but no building-specific spaces.
Utilities are included in the rent, no wifi is currently set up.
