Hallo,
ich suche zum 1.12. oder zum 15.12 einen Nachmieter für meine helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 48 qm, vom Flur aus gehen Küche (ca 7 qm), Bad mit Dusche (ca. 4 qm) und das Wohnzimmer (23 qm) ab. Vom Wohnzimmer aus, das eine große Fensterfront hat und von dem der Balkon abgeht, gelangt man in das ca 14 qm große Schlafzimmer. Im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ist Laminat verlegt, Flur und Küche haben einen PVC-Boden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß ist man in 5 min am Bahnhof und in 7 min in der Altstadt. U-Bahn und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Apotheke etc.
Da ich bei meinem Umzug nur einen Bruchteil meiner Möbel mitnehme, würde ich mich freuen, einige Sachen (Küche, Waschmaschine, Bett Kleiderschrank) gegen geringe Ablöse an den Nachmieter zu übergeben, ist aber natürlich kein muss.
