Die große Wohnküche (knapp 15 qm) bietet auch Platz für Tisch und Stühle. Das Bad ist ansprechend gefliest, hat ein Fenster und ist mit Waschbecken, Toilette, Badewanne und Waschmaschinenstellplatz ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus hat isolierverglaste Fenster und neben der Zentralheizung auch eine zentrale Warmwasserversorgung.
Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert!
Die ältere Küche kann von den jetzigen Mietern übernommen bzw. abgelöst werden.
Ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage, z.B. nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof - sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
