Schöne, helle, stadtnahe Wohnung mit Balkon in der Nürnberger Südstadt. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Aufsessplatz und 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde 2006 komplett renoviert und 2007 das erste mal bezogen. Sie hat barrierefreien Zugang und ist damit auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Im Innenhof ist ein Kinderspielplatz.
5 Minuten vom Aufsessplatz und U Bahn und 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Wohung liegt in der Südstadt und man kann super zu Fuss in die Innenstadt laufen.
Komplett möbliert. Schalfzimmer, Gästebad mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Einbauküche und Aufbewahrungsraum mit Kühlschrank, Büro. Desweitern sind noch 2 Kellerräume vorhanden und ein Stellplatz. Falls keine Möbel gewünscht werden, können diese auch entfernt werden.
