Es sind nur 3 Gehminuten zum Aufseßplatz (U1, Tram: 5, 6), sowie 5 Gehminuten zum Maffeiplatz, bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es keine 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt und keine 15 Minuten bis zum Luitpoldhain.
Am Aufseßplatz gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Ein neuer Rewe, DM, Beck, Friseure, sowie Dönerläden)
Direkt an der Kreuzung ist der Dönerbey (Bester Döner Nürnbergs), sowie ein kleiner Second Handladen am Anfang der Bulmannstraße.
Die Küche (700€), sowie einzelne Möbelstücke können gegen einen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
