da ich wieder arbeitsbedingt ins Ausland muss, suche ich einen adequaten Untermieter für die Wohnung ab dem 1. Mai bis Ende April 2019 mit der Option danach die Wohnung komplett zu übernehmen falls Interesse besteht. Der Vermieter setzt im voraus, dass der interessierte einen regelmässigen Einkommen hat. Dies muss nachgewiesen werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schhöne Einbauküche mit Spülmachine. Die Wohnung wird mit meinen Möbeln vermietet: meine Couch, Kühlschrank, Wachmachine, Microwelle, TV Schrank, sowie Kleiderschrank und Bett. Die Kaution beträgt dafür 950 Euro. Dies ist vorausithclih für die Vermietung.
Da ich zurzeit in Finland bin, bei Interresse bitte per Email melden und ich antworte schnellstmöglich. Ich kann Sie auch zurückrufen.
Einen Besichtigungstermin kann ab dem 23. April vereinbart werden.

Hey,
since I will work again for one year abroad, I am looking for someone interessted to take my appartment starting by the 1st of May until End of April 2019. You may take the apartment afterwards completly if you want. The kitchen belongs to the appartment and fully equipped with everthing including Dishwasher. Regarding my furniture, I have to leave the most of it since I can not take it with me abroad. Therefore all furniture (big couch, couch table, kitchen table, double bed, TV furniture, washmachine, fridge) will stay in the flat for normal use. Deposit is around 950 euro. Please contact me a.s.a.p in order to fix an appointment for visiting the flat starting by the 23th od April. Please contact by email since I am abroad now.
