Sehr geehrte/r Mietinteressent/in,
vielen Dank für Ihr Interesse. Die 2-Zimmerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Die Zentralheizung ist mit Brennwerttechnik ausgestattet und der ÖPNV keine 50 Meter entfernt.
Allerdings wurde die Wohnung schon länger nicht mehr renoviert. So sind z.B. die Tapeten reif für eine Erneuerung. Können/möchten Sie selbst renovieren (Materialkosten sind dabei verhandelbar) und suchen eine günstige Wohnung? Dann freue ich mich auf Ihre Nachricht und bitte Sie sich dabei kurz vorzustellen.

PS: Natürlich könnte ich die Wohnung auch renovieren lassen, dann ist allerdings die günstige Miete nicht haltbar.
