Hallo!
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in zum 1.10.2011 für meine tolle 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Gostenhof.
Die Dachgeschosswohnung hat 3 Zimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Küche und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten. Es gibt auch einen Raum für die Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stockwerk. Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Cafes, Bars und Restaurants.
Die nächste Ubahn Haltestelle ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat viele Dachschrägen. Ich (1,75m) hatte jedenfalls keine Probleme damit. Für größere Menschen jedoch eher ungeeignet.
Zu der Warmmiete kommt nur noch Strom hinzu, sowie Telefon/Internet.
Bei Interesse, freue ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht.
