Hi,
ich such einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer-Wohnung in Gostenhof ab 01.04.16. Es kommen nur Nachmieter in Frage, die die eingebaute Küche inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank übernehmen. Den Preis zur Ablöse würde ich auf etwa 300 EUR setzen.
Es handelt sich um eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung, wobei das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Die Wohnung ist somit nicht WG-geeignet. Zusätzlich ist noch eine große Küche, mit Platz für einen Esstisch und ein sehr kleines Bad mit Badewanne vorhanden. Geheizt wird mit Gas, das Warmwasser läuft über Strombeuler.
Die Vermieterin möchte nur Bewerber, die sich im Studium befinden, oder einen festen Arbeitsvertrag haben.
