Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Wintergarten. Im Wohnzimmer ist Echtholzparkett verlegt, in der Küche und im Bad Fließen und in der restlichen Wohnung Laminat. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person oder für ein Paar.
Die Wohnung liegt im neuen Trendviertel Gostenhof verkehrsgünstig (A73) und mit UBahn Haltestelle vor der Haustüre (U1 Maximilianstrasse). Die Wohnanlage ist von Grünflächen umgeben, was es sehr idyllisch macht - mitten in der Stadt. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt.
Bei Bedarf kann die Einrichtung gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden (Küche, Garderobe, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Couch und Couchtisch).
Es kann optional ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 50€ angemietet werden.
