Das Gebäude ist ein für Gostenhof typischer Altbau, seit zwei Jahren gibt es dort einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für WG´s wie auch für Paare (mit und ohne Kind) geeignet und die Nachbarschaft ist äußerst freundlich. Es gibt eine großen Hinterhof, in welchem auch die Möglichkeit besteht sich einen Parkplatz zu mieten. Die Wohnung ist ca. 100 qm groß und die Ecke im Flur kann sehr gut als Wohnzimmerersatz genutzt werden. Die Küche (s. Bilder) kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden (ausgenommen Spülmaschine und Trockner). Im Bad gibt es eine separate Dusche und Badewanne. Last but not least gibt es einen Laubengang, der als kleiner Balkon Ersatz genutzt werden kann.

Lage
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U-Bahn Station Gostenhof gelegen, es gibt mehrere Einkaufmöglichkeiten, die alle zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar sind (Lidl, Norma und kleine Geschäfte). Imbisse, Restaurants, und Bars sind immer nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Da sich die Wohnung im vierten Stock befindet, bekommt man von der Fürtherstraße nicht viel mit und hat einen tollen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Verschiedene Parks und auch der Wiesengrund mit Pegnitz sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
