Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und wohnfertig eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt außerhalb der Mauer in Nürnberg
Bus und Tram sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
Die Ubahn (Weißer Turm) ist 5 Minuten entfert
In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß zum Hauptmarkt
Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Park mit Promenade am Fluss.
Supermarkt, Bäcker und die Nürnberger Einkaufsstraße sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist ab 03. Dezember frei. Besichtigungen sind bis dahin möglich.
