Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, man betritt sie über den schmalen Flur. Links befindet sich das Bad mit Badewanne und Kleinem Fenster. Die kleine Küche ist offen und nicht eingerichtet. Durch das Wohnzimmer gelangt man in das kleine Schlafzimmer. Der Blick aus den Fenstern führt zum Innenhof Richtung Westen.
In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den tägl. Bedarf, und das Süd.Stadt.Bad. Die Anbindung zu den südl. Fernstraßen ist Bestens. Zum Hauptbahnhof gelangt man in ca. 10 Autominuten.
Wir vermieten nur an berufstätige, solvente Mieter. Für Haustiere ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet. Nichtraucher werden bevorzugt.
