Beide WG-Zimmer haben ca. 15qm, Korkboden und bekommen abends Sonne. Die Zimmer sind ca. 5x3 Meter groß und lassen sich raumtechnisch gut aufteilen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 58 qm und besitzt eine große Wohnküche.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral (Stadtteil Maxfeld) und hat eine optimale Verkehrsanbindung. Die Ubahn U3 Haltestelle Maxfeld ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und die Busse 46,47 und der Nightliner N12 halten fast direkt vor der Haustür. Am Eck befindet sich seit kurzem die Superbude, ein kleiner netter Burgerladen mit Charme und ein Stück weiter gibt es ein kleines Café mit super Kaffee und Kuchen. Im Sommer ist es vor allem sehr schön, da die Wohnung nur 2 Straßen vom Stadtpark entfernt liegt. 2 Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe. Bäcker, Sparkasse, Apotheke und Post sind quasi auch vor der Haustüre.
Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
