Suche Nachmieter! Wunderschöne Wohnung, ca. 55m2, ruhiges Haus, 2 Zimmer (Laminat) vom Flur aus begehbar also WG-tauglich, großer Einbauschrank im Flur, Bad (+separates WC) wird gerade renoviert, EBK, inkl. Waschmaschine zur Ablöse (PVC-Boden). Sonniger Südbalkon zum ruhigen Innenhof, 3. Stock ohne Aufzug.
Ich habe für Strom und Gas €70,-/Monat bezahlt und für gewöhnlich noch etwas raus bekommen.
Wohnung wird frei ab 01.08. da wie erwähnt im Moment das Bad renoviert wird.
Maxfeld, Nordstadt, 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß über das Maxtor in etwa 15 Minuten gemütlich zu erreichen.
Ich verlasse die Wohnung da ich etwas in Arbeitsnähe gefunden habe. Kaution 3 Monats-Kaltmieten, die Hausverwaltung möchte als Liquiditätsbeweis die 3 letzten Lohnabrechnungen.
Kontakt Mo-Fr. ab 11 Uhr bei mir (Veronika Wagner, ----/-------. Da ich in der Gastronomie bin kann es sein das ich zwischen 13 und 14 sowie zwischen 18 und 20 Uhr nicht erreichbar bin, einfach nochmal versuchen.
