Die 2 Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im Osten Nürnbergs, in direkter Nähe z Wöhrder See.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und wie folgt aufgeteilt:
- Schlafzimmer (13 qm2)
- Wohnzimmer (14 qm2)
- Flur mit Abstellraum
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit dunkelbraunen Dielen ausgelegt, hat weiße Wände und ist nicht möbilisiert. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Tageslicht. Da die beiden Zimmern gleich groß sind, ist die Wohnung auch WG-tauglich.
Vor der Haustür (ca. 1min) ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die Dich direkt zum Hauptbahnhof bringt. Parkplätze fürs Auto sind zu finden (tagesbedingt).
Es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto, Aldi), welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem bekommt man zu jeder Tageszeit etwas gutes zum Essen (Döner, Pizza). Das Schwimmbad ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad bzw. ÖPNV könnte man auch zu Mercado, ein Einkaufszentrum mit Real, Norma und vielen weiteren Läden, wie z.B. H&M.
