Unsere Wohnung liegt im 2 O.G. Wir wohnen in einem sanierten Altbau mit 6 Partein. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind über die Semesterferien nicht in Nürnberg und würden deswegen unsere Wohnung gerne Zwischenvermieten von 01.08.13 bis 01.10.13. Die Küche hat 15,2m^2, das Bad 3,4 m^2, das 1te Zimmer mit Balkon 14,9 m^2, das 2te Zimmer 13,3 m^2 und die Abstellkammer 1,7 m^2. Im Mai wird auch noch ein 2ter Balkon mit Zugang von der Küche gebaut.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier überall mit dem Rad höchstens 5 min und man hat die Auswahl zwischen Aldi, Lidl, Ecenter, OBI und Tankstellen.Zu Fuß hat man 6 min. zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle NordOstbahnhof, wo sich auch noch mal ein paar Geschäfte befinden.In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das LUX, junge evangelische Kirchenmitglieder haben dort eine Bar gebaut mit vielen Neonlichtern, ab und zu sind dort auch Konzerte von bekannten Künstelern. Der Flughafen is die 3te Station stadtauswärts, der Hauptbahnhof ist die 5te Station mit der UBahn.
