Der Balkon ist über die Küche zu erreichen und hat Nachmittagssonne.
Die Küche hat eine EBK die vom derzeitigen Mieter abzulösen ist (100 EUR VHB)
Weitere Einrichtungen wie Bettgestell, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Kommode & Balkonsichtschutz können abgelöst werden. (250 VHB)
