ich habe den Mietevertrag für den Ablauf Juli 2016 gekundigt mit und suche ab sofort jemand der/die die Wohnung bis ende Juli untermieten will, oder auch einen Nachmieter.
Es gibt 2 Zimmer, Kuche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert, hat grosse PCV Fenster und ist sehr warm und hell.
Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, die Küche ist nicht möbliert - Ich verkaufe einige möbel.
Ein grosses Aquarium von 500 l kann übernommen werden.
