Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Das Badezimmer wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert.
Beim Fußboden handelt es sich um Nussbaum-Wurzel Laminat, welches vom Profi verlegt wurde und der Wohnung einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck verschafft.
Die Küche wurde ebenfalls professionell eingefasst und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet. (Siemens Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach, Gorenje Ofen/Herd). Die Küche hat insgesamt sehr viel Platz und Stauraum und ist dadurch ideal zum kochen und bewirten.
Da der Fußboden und die Küche von uns bezahlt privat bezahlt wurden, wird ein Abstand von 2200€ fällig. Dafür erhält man jedoch eine Top-Ausgestattete Wohnung für einen unschlagbar niedrigen Mietpreis.
Trotz der doch eher geringen Quadratmeter von 50m² scheint die Wohnung größer aufgrund ihres sehr guten Schnittes.
Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Stauraumabteile, eines im Keller und eines auf dem Dachboden.
Des weiteren fungiert der Dachboden als Trockenraum.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und freundlich.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street in the Pirckheimerstraße district close to the city wall and a 2 minute walk to the subway Rennweg. Bakery and shops are within 8 minutes by foot.
The apartment is in excellent condition, and the bathroom was renovated just 2 years ago.
The floor is walnut laminate, professionally installed by the previous tenent, and offers a very high-quality impression.
The kitchen was also installed professionally and equipped with quality appliances (Siemens refrigerator with freezer, Gorenje oven / stove). The kitchen has a great deal of space and a number of drawers and is therefore ideal for cooking and entertaining.
Because the floor and the kitchen were purchased privately, we ask for 2200 € in return for the apartment. For that, you will get a nicely equipped apartment for an unbeatable monthly rental price.
Despite the rather low ft² of 50m² the apartment feels larger thanks to its beautiful layout.
The apartment has 2 storage compartments, one in the basement and in the attic. This serves conveniently as a loft drying room.
The neighbors are very quiet and friendly.
Move in date would be February 10, 2015, but possibly earlier after viewing.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse im Stadtteil Pirckheimerstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadtmauer sowie 2 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn Rennweg.
Bäcker sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 8 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Einzugsdatum wäre der 10.2.15, nach Absprache möglicherweise auch früher.
