Die Wohnung liegt in grüner Stadtlage. Man ist innerhalb von 5-10 min zu Fuß an der U-Bahn zur Altstadt (Hauptbahnhof). Man findet immer einen Parkplatz und hat auch seine Ruhe. Die Nachbarn sind echt cool und man kann gelegentlich auch einmal länger lauter sein.
Ich würde gerne das mein Laminat, Teppichboden und die Küche inklusive Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank für 1000 Euro übernommen werden. Schön wäre auch wenn die Schlafzimmer Möbel und Wohnzimmer Einrichtung gegen Aufpreis übernommen wird.
Die Kaution der WBG beträgt ca 1000 Euro. Die Strom und Gas beträgt zusammen 109 Euro und ich spare kein bisschen an Energie.
Bis dato habe ich mit einer Lieben WG Nachbarin hier gewohnt. Doch zieht es mich Beruflich woanders hin und ich möchte eigentlich nur meine Klamotten und Elektrogeräte (Fernseher und PC) mitnehmen.
