Sie hat 46qm und liegt im 2.Stock. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden.
Die Lage an der Schoppershofstrasse ist ruhig und die U2 ist eine Querstraße weiter.
Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Fenster, auch das Bad, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht.
In den beiden Zimmern ist Laminat verlegt, der in sehr gutem Zustand ist.
Bad, Küche und Diele mit Fliesen.
Kellerabteil vorhanden. Die Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden.
Kein Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 415 EUR zuzüglich aktuell 90 EUR Nebenkosten.
Dazu kommen je nach Verbrauch nur noch Strom.
Besichtigungstermin am Sonntag 21.10.2012 ab 17 Uhr - oder auch nächste Woche abends.
