Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat drei Zimmer (18 qm, 17 qm und 10 qm). Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein Bad mit Tageslicht, ein separates WC, ebenfalls mit Fenster, eine Küche mit Balkon, einen Fahrradkeller und ein Kellerabteil. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird momentan komplett neu renoviert. Der Boden wird mit Laminat und Fliesen verlegt. Eine neue Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine ist bestellt.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Schoppershof. Supermärkte, Post, Bäcker und die U-Bahn-Station "Schoppershof" (Linie 2) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Mit dem Fahrrad können Sie FAU, Ohm und Musikhochschule in 5-10 Minuten erreichen.
Sonstiges
Es handelt um eine WG-Neugründung. Alle Zimmer stehen noch zur Verfügung. Als WG-Bewohner wünschen wir uns junge Leute von 18 bis 28 Jahre alt, idealerweise Studenten. Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht.
