Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss. Sie ist vollständig möbliert (gut erhaltende Möbel) und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und die Küchenzeile ist neu angeschafft worden. Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer ist mit Teppichboden ausgestattet. Ein Telefon und Internetanschluss ist bereits vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der hinteren Marktstraße 62 und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. In der Straße gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Zu Fuß ist man gerade einmal 2 Minuten zur Ubahn-Station 'Schweinau' unterwegs. Dort ist auch die nächste Bushaltestelle (auch für Nightliner). In näherer Umgebung (ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg) sind Netto, Norma, Apotheke etc. vorhanden.
Die Wohnung wird aufgrund eines Auslandaufenthaltes für 6 Monate (Oktober bis März) untervermietet. Vorzugsweise wird sie an Studenten und/oder Praktikanten vermietet.
