The flat is fully nicely furnished with decent furniture. It has an open kitchen/dining room where there is a big dining table with built-in storage space for tableware. The kitchen has everything you need: a dish washer, an oven. The bedroom has a bed and big wardrobe with 3 sliding doors. The living room with a big pull out sofa bed can be another bedroom. There is a small cute balcony facing the shared garden where you can enjoy the sun and coffee when the weather is nice.The rent is fixed per month including water, electricity, heating and any other energy costs.
I have some extra furniture to sell if you are interested.

The flat is right next to the Burg castle and within the Altstadt wall. Walking distance to various U-bahn stations (U1 Lorenzkirche, U2 Rathenauplatz) and bus stations (Station Rathaus). If you like running, there are two routes, one goes to Wörhde Wiese, the other to Johannis/Pignitz park. There are a few supermarkets (Rewe, Norma, Karstadt) by walk. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighborhood.
You can sign up for Bewohner B Parkschein. Normally it's quite easy to find parking lots near the flat.
If you would like to stay less than 6 months (4-5), I could ask the landlord if it's ok.
