Umrahmt von der Nürnberger Altstadt liegt das Objekt unterhalb des Albrecht-Dürerstr-Hauses nicht weit vom Albrecht-Dürer-Platz. Im Sommer als auch im Winter besticht die Altstadt mit ihrem Flair und man befindet sich mitten drin.
Die helle Altbauwohnung verfügt über ein großzügiges Bad, Einbauküche und Balkon nicht vorhanden.
Das Stadtzentrum kann bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden (ca. 10 Minuten). Altstadtflair und die besondere Lage zur Uni (Fachhochschule/WISO) zeichnen die Lage der Wohnung aus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Infrastruktur und eine zentrale Verkehrsanbindung sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ein Einstellplatz kann angemietet werden.
Die WOhnung eignet sich gut als WG - Wohnung, da keine Durchgangszimmer bestehen und die Küche genügend Platz bietet.
Deswegen würden wir uns freuen, wenn wir diese Wohnung als StudentenWG hergeben könnten.
