Die Wohnung liegt im super schönen Burgviertel. Die Whg hat einen sehr großen Balkon und einen Kellerraum.
Die Whg liegt im EG, mit Hochparterre.
Das Bad ist saniert und hat eine Dusche, allerdings kein Fenster.
Ich wollte den Großteil meiner Küche hinterlassen, gegen eine faire Ablöse.
Ebenso sollte ich mein Kleiderschrank dort bleiben.
Die Vermieter wünschen keine Haustiere. Ebenso ist das Rauchen in der Wohnung untersagt.
Die Wärme wird durch eine Gastherme im Bad erzeugt.
