Schön gelegene 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in St. Johannis zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Grundausstattung (z.B. Geschirr) würden wir zur Zwischenmiete zur freien Verfügung stellen, ebenfalls Waschmaschine, Fernseher etc.
Eignet sich gut für Paare, kann aber mit einer zusätzlichen Matratze in einem Zimmer als WG genutzt werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des schönen Wiesengrunds. Von dort aus kommt man mit dem Rad gut entlang der Pegnitz in die Innenstadt oder nach Fürth. In drei Minuten Entfernung liegt die Bushaltestelle Großweidenmühlstraße, die Tramstation St. Johannisfriedhof ist sieben Gehminuten entfernt und zur U-Bahn Bärenschanze dauert es mit dem Rad keine fünf Minuten. In der Nähe befinden sich ein REWE und Aldi, sowie Apotheke, Tankstelle und Flink etc. Die Straße ist im Winter, dadurch dass das Westbad geschlossen ist, besonders ruhig und es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür.
