wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 2 Zimmer Wohnung (das eine ist 16m², das andere 10m²groß - getrennt begehbar). Zu Zweit haben wir 50 Euro Nebenkosten/mtl gezahlt, dafür kann man dann auch schon den Fernsehanschluss nutzen. Der Balkon wird demnächst angebaut. In den Zimmern sind Holzdielen, der Flur und die Küche sind gefliest. In der Küche ist genug Platz für eine gemütliche Essecke.
Bad und WC sind getrennt, haben jeweils ein Fenster und sind bis zur Decke gefliest!
zur Miete kommen noch die Energiekosten hinzu.
Straßenbahnanbindung Linie 6 Westfriedhof.
15 Minuten entfernt ist die Ubahn Station Maximilianstraße.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 min in der Stadt.
Außerdem ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf der A 73.
