Sehr schöne Wohnung im trendigen Viertel St Johannis. Ganz nah am Klinkum Nürnberg Nord. Ideal also für Ärzte und Krankenschwestern. Hohe Decken. Ist eigentlich eine 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung, da es auch noch einen Abstellraum gibt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Neue Gasetagenheizung. Gute Anbindung an den Bus und die Straßenbahn. Geben die Wohnung nur schweren Herzens auf, aber der Job in der Ferne ruft.
Nah an der Buslinie 34 und der Straßenbahnlinie 6, aber auch nur maximal 10min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Norma und Rossmann sind auch nicht weit. An der Pegnitz ist man auch in 5 min.
Kontakt bitte nur Abends über das Handy. Sind dieses Wochenende wieder in Nürnberg, deswegen wären dann Besichtigungen möglich.
Achtung: Übernahme der Küche/Laminat nötig. 1000€.
