Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie hat zwei etwa gleichgroße Zimmer, die durch die großen Fenster sehr hell ist. Der Balkon ist von beiden Zimmern begehbar. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche mit gasofen und Kühlschrank, die gegen eine geringe ablöse übernommen werden kann. Ein kleiner abstellraum ist auch vorhanden.
Zur Straßenbahn sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Friedrich-Ebert- Platz sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten, dort befindet sich eine Sparkasse, eine Spardabank und eine Commerzbank, ein REWE, ein dm, ein netto, Apotheken und die u-Bahn. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung befinden sich auch ein Edeka und ein waschsalon. Fressnapf, norma, kik und McDonald's sind auch nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für wg's geeignet. Auch Tiere sind erlaubt. Studenten und Auszubildende sind auch gern gesehen, wenn die Eltern bereit sind für diese zu bürgen. Einziehen könnt ihr auch gerne schon im August ohne miete zahlen zu müssen, nur für Strom und Gas müsstest ihr für diesen Zeitraum aufkommen. Das wären z.b Ab 15.8. 40€. Am liebsten wäre es uns, wenn ihr uns per Telefon kontaktieren würdet.
