Ich suche ab 01.10.14 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne und sonnige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in St. Johannis. Die 55m2-Wohnung wurde
2010 neu hergerichtet und besteht aus zwei Zimmern, wobei eines etwas größer ist und eine Tür zum Balkon hat. Beide Zimmer gehen zum Hinterhof raus, man hört also nichts von der Straße. Der Balkon und die Zimmerfenster gehen in Richtung Südwesten und sind fast den ganzen Tag lichtdurchflutet. In der Küche ist eine Einbauküche und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Aktuell kostet die Wohnung 550 Euro warm (evtl. gibt es eine leichte Mieterhöhung, zu klären mit den Vermietern).
Direkt vor der Tür hält der Bus Nr. 34, der zum Plärrer und zu Friedrich-Ebert-Platz fährt. In ca. 7 Minuten erreicht man aber auch zu Fuß die U1 (Haltestelle Gostenhof). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch genug vorhanden: Rewe ist 1 min., Norma ca. 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der Pegnitzgrund und das Westbad sind direkt um die Ecke.
