Suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine 2- Zimmer- Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen und einem kleineren nach hinten(also nicht auf die Straße) gelegenem Schlafzimmer. Eine Küche ist vorhanden und ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne(mit Fenster). Wir haben eine nette Hausgemeinschaft und einen großen Hinterhof, dergerne zum Grillen, etc. benutzt werden darf (mit Fahrradschuppen).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mitten in St. Johannis. Bus und Straßenbahn sind gleich um die Ecke und die U-bahn wird auch 2016 am Nordklinikum fertiggestellt(5 Minuten bis dorthin). Bis zum Pegnitzgrund sind es nur wenige Minuten und mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt.
