Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, toll geschnitten und verfügt über einen Balkon.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeits-, Gäste- oder Ankleidezimmer.
Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Von der Küche geht noch ein kleiner Abstellraum ab, in dem zur Zeit meine Waschmaschine steht.
Der Balkon ist ab vormittags sonnig, bis sie abends untergeht - also ideal für alle Sonnenkinder! Außerdem geht der Balkon nach hinten in den grünen, ruhigen Garten.
Ein weiterer, riesiger Pluspunkt sind die tollen Nachbarn :)
Das Einzugsdatum kann noch ein wenig variieren, das ist abhängig von meiner neuen Wohnung. Voraussichtlich ist die Wohnung ab Mitte/Ende Juni frei.
Des Weiteren ist eine Ablöse an mich zu zahlen, für eine Einbauküche inklusive Elektrogeräte (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd), Böden, Badmöbel, Vorhänge, Schuhregale, Regale im Keller, Lampen...diese beläuft sich auf 2000 €
