Alquilamos nuestro piso en Nürnberg totalmente amueblado, listo para vivir.
Desde Marzo hasta mediados de Octubre de 2018.
3 habitaciones (2 dormitorios, salón, cocina, baño y entrada), 55 metros cuadrados aproximadamente.
Muy luminoso y en muy buena localización.
Facil aparcamiento y a solo 10 minutos del centro (en coche o metro).
En los gastos variables/adicionales incluimos internet, luz, calefacción, GEZ y comunidad (todo). Son estimaciones para gastos grandes con una familia de 4 personas. Entiendo que una pareja facilmente podría tener unos gastos de 200 euros (quedando el total en 499+200=699 al mes aproximadamente). Al finalizar el contrato comprobaremos el consumo y devolvemos la parte que corresponda de los gastos variables.
No se permiten mascotas sueltas por el piso (excepto pequeñas como hamsters, peces, etc).
Segunda planta sin ascensor.
Preferencia de idioma español / inglés.

We rent our apartment in Nürnberg fully furnished, ready to live.
From March to mid October 2018.
3 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance), approximately 55 square meters.
Very bright and in a very good location.
Easy parking and only 10 minutes from downtown (by car or metro).
In the variable / additional expenses we include internet, electricity, heating, GEZ and community (all). They are estimates for large expenses with a family of 4 people. I understand that a couple could easily have expenses of 200 euros (the total would be 499 + 200 = 699 a month approximately). At the end of the contract we will check the consumption and return the corresponding part of the variable expenses.
No pets are allowed to run inside the flat (except small ones like hamsters, fish, etc).
Second floor without elevator.
Preference of Spanish / English speakers.

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung in Nürnberg komplett möbliert, bereit zu leben.
Von März bis Mitte Oktober 2018.
3 Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Eingang), ca. 55 qm.
Sehr hell und in einer sehr guten Lage.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und nur 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt (mit dem Auto oder der U-Bahn).
Zu den variablen / Nebenkosten zählen Internet, Strom, Heizung, GEZ und Gemeinschaft (alles). Sie sind Schätzungen für große Ausgaben mit einer Familie von 4 Personen. Ich verstehe, dass ein Paar leicht Kosten von 200 Euro haben könnte (die Summe wäre 499 + 200 = 699 pro Monat ungefähr). Am Ende des Vertrages werden wir den Verbrauch prüfen und den entsprechenden Teil der variablen Ausgaben zurückgeben.
In der Wohnung dürfen keine Haustiere laufen (ausgenommen kleine Tiere wie Hamster, Fische usw.).
Zweiter Stock ohne Aufzug.
Präferenz von Spanisch / Englisch Sprechern.
