Die Wohnung hat schöne und helle drei Zimmer. Eins ist das Durchgangszimmer zu den beiden anderen Zimmern. Deshalb ist die Wohnung nur für eine zweier WG geeignet.
Es ist eine Einbauküche vorhanden. Badezimmer und WC (mit Fenster) sind getrennt.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der technischen Hochschule (5 min 🚴🏼). Sie liegt zwischen der Wörderwiese und dem Luipoldhain, wo man immer gut spazieren, chillen oder sporteln kann. Es sind Supermärkte, Apotheke, Restaurants und Cafés zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zwei Trambahnlinien liegen jeweils max. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (20 min 🚶🏼, 5 min 🚴🏼).
Das Sofa und die braunen Wohnzimmermöbel bleiben evtl. gegen Ablöse. Ebenso die Regalbretter in der Küche. Der Schiebetürenschrank kann auch gegen kleine Ablöse vor Ort bleiben.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine bleiben nicht in der Wohnung.
