weil ich mich beruflich verändere, verlasse ich leider Nbg und löse meine alte WG in St. Peter auf:
78qm, 3 Zimmer (17qm, 20qm, 22 qm), Keller, Balkon zu einem großen Hinterhof,
2014 saniertes Bad,
Teppich in den Räumen,
Küche vorhanden (etwas älter).
Die Wohnung ist unschlagbar günstig in den Gesamtkosten, ausgesprochen hell und freundlich, die Räume sind günstig geschnitten und das Bad ist komplett neu.
Die Lage ist nahe an Hochschule und Universität (1km und 3km), mit Verkehrsanbindung über Harrsdörfferplatz, Schweiggerstraße, St. Peter, Stefanstraße, Dürrenhof ist ein Pendeln auch nach Fürth oder Erlangen günstig.
Sämtliche Möbel können günstig übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist für eine 3er-WG ideal, aber auch sehr schön für eine 2er-WG oder ein Pärchen.
Ab Mitte Dez. kann die Wohnung bezogen werden, hier kann man sich sicher noch einigen.
