Da ich bald ausziehe, suche ich für meine Wohnung einen Nachmieter ab dem 01.01.2019.
Die knapp 70 Quadratmeter große Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und hat 3 Zimmer. Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Gerne können ein paar Möbel übernommen werden. Sie ist ideal geignet für eine 2er WG oder junge Pärchen.
Die Miete beträgt 640€ warm. Hinzu kommt lediglich Strom (ca. 24€) und Internet.
Die OHM und die S-Bahn Station Dürrenhof sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ebenso REWE, Bäcker, Döner, Pizza und diverse andere Läden.
Die Bushaltesrelle befindet sich quasi vor der Haustür und man erreicht mit dem Bus in 7 Minuten den Hauptbahnof.
Zum Spazierengehen oder ähnliches ist der Wöhrder See nicht weit.
