Hallo zusammen,
da wir für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehen suchen wir zuverlässige Zwischenmieter für unser wunderschönes zuhause. Es handelt sich um eine drei Zimmer Wohnung die wir in Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Büro aufgeteilt haben. Jedoch kann man auch einfach eine zweier WG daraus machen. Wir würden alle Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, also kann man entspannt mit seinen Koffern einziehen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Haltestelle "Burgerstraße" in St. Peter und man gelangt in 8 Minuten an den Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß kommt man in 5 Minuten an den Wöhrder See.
Zu der Kaltmiete kommen noch Heiz-,Strom und Nebenkoste in Höhe von 430€. Wir suchen Zwischenmieter ab Mitte September bis Ende Februar.

Hello all,
since we are going abroad for half a year, we are looking for reliable interim tenants for our beautiful home. It is a three room apartment that we have divided into bedroom, living room and office. However, you can also simply make a shared flat bout of it. We would leave all the furniture in the apartment, so you can have a relaxed move.
The apartment is directly at the stop "Burgerstraße" in St. Peter and you can get to the main station in 8 minutes. On foot you can reach the Wöhrder See in 5 minutes.
In addition to the rent, there are heating, electricity and utilities (430€). We are looking for interim tenants from mid-September until the end of February.
