Im frisch rennovierten Appartment habt ihr alles, was ihr braucht. Ein wunderschönes Bad, eine kleine Küche, eine Couch (Schlafcouch), ein gemütliches Bett und natürlich den Blick über den Nürnberger Süden.
Ich habe die Wohnung ein Jahr lang als Projektwohnung genutzt.
Das Appartment ist in einem im November 16 komplett sanierten alten Bahnhofsgebäude untergebracht.
Ihr bekommt ein gepflegtes Apartment in bester Lage. In zwei Minuten seid ihr mit der S-Bahn (Steinbühl) und Tram (Linie 6) am Hauptbahnhof, in fünf Minuten in die Innenstadt gelaufen und auch sonst ist alles wichtige direkt vor der Tür. Also optimal für Nürnberg!
Alle großen Arbeitgeber Nürnbergs (z.B. Datev, Zentrale Bundesagentur für Arbeit) sind von hier aus super zu erreichen.
Parkplätze gibt es immer genügend hinter dem Gebäude.
Um die Anforderungen an den Mieter abzuklären, würde ich für dich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter herstellen.
