da ich im April (29.03 - 23.04) nahezu einen ganzen Monat auf Reisen bin, möchte Ich gerne meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung untervermieten.
Da Ich aktuell noch nicht abschätzen kann wie hoch die Nachfrage sein wird, bin ich auch offen die Wohnung kürzer zu vermieten bzw. auch bis Ende des Monats - über den Preis wird man sich sicherlich einig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr außergewöhnlich geschnitten. Sie bietet drei Möglichkeiten ins Freie zu kommen: Im Erdgeschoss liegend, hat sie eine Terrasse, die vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbar ist. Außerdem befindet sich innerhalb der Wohnung ein Glassatrium, das sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnzimmer begehbar ist. Und zu guter letzt gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten, in dem man bei gutem Wetter entspannt einen Kaffee in der Sonne genießen kann.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 80qm:
1 Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett)
1 Abstellraum (mit Waschmaschine)
1 Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Badewanne, riesengroßer Spiegel)
1 offene Küche (Spülmaschine, Frühstückstisch)
1 großes Wohnzimmer (großer Esstisch, Smart-TV, Couch)
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig und für meinen Geschmack auch sehr hübsch eingerichtet.

As I will be traveling almost throughout the whole month of April (29.03 - 23.04), I want to sub-rent my apartment.
As I don't know how easy it is to sub-rent the apartment, I'm also open to discuss a shorter stay or a rental until the end of the month.
All together, the apartment has 1 terrace (bedroom), 1 glass atrium (kitchen & living room) and 1 little garden.
The whole apartment is about 80sqm and offers the following
1 bedroom (bed size 1,40m)
1 storage room (washing machine)
1 bathroom (bath tub & shower)
1 open kitchen (dishwasher and breakfast table)
1 big living room (dining table, Smart-TV, Couch)
The apartment is well equipped.
Der Fürther Südstadtpark hat wunderschön renovierte Wohnungen zu bieten - Ursprünglich war das Gebäude ein Backsteinensemble aus dem Jahre 1900. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Marsweg (in der Merkur Esplanade) und ist zugänglich vom Uranusring, wenn man die Wohnung vom Garten aus betritt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Trolli-Outlet und Edeka sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch die A73 ist in 5min zu erreichen.
Außerdem gehört ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung, der selbstverständlich einfach benutzt werden darf.

Die apartment is located in the South of the city of Fürth in the Marsweg. The apartment is part of the Merkur Esplanade, which and also accessible from the Uranusring (when entering from the garden). Everything you need is within walking distance. In 5min you're on the A73 by car. A parking dedicated parking spot is available as well.
Es können sehr gerne auch meine Fahrräder in dieser Zeit verwendet werden.
Die Nachbarschaft ist recht jung und entspannt - es finden weder verrückte Parties statt, noch herrscht hier strikte Nachtruhe. Es ist einfach wirklich entspannt.
Die Wohnung kann komplett übernommen werde, wodurch man ganz einfach mit Koffer anreisen kann.

You can use my bicycles if you want to.
The neighborhood is young and a nice mix of people. No crazy parties, but also no neighbors knocking on the door when listening to music.
The apartment is fully furnished and everything in it can be used - therefore, simply come with your suitcase and have a home for a month.
