Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine super schöne Loft-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat eine lange Fensterwand nach Süden mit einem langem Balkon, auf dem Ihr Platz ohne Ende und einen herrlichen Blick habt.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche - Zustand ist 1a - für die ich aber eine Ablöse haben möchte.
Es gibt einen Ersatzkeller, in den Ihr Eurer Fahrrad oder andere Dinge abstellen könnt.
Bitte nur anrufen, wenn Interesse auch an der Übernahme der Einbauküche besteht!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und befindet sich direkt an einem grünen Park.
Zur U3 sind es 5 Minuten per Fuß!
Ansonsten gibt es einen Bus gleich um die Ecke.
